CSF Charge Air Coolers (8400)

The CSF #8400 Cooling product is designed to be a "Drop-In Fit" application. The product will install in the OEM Location with no modifications necessary unless otherwise noted or instructions are included in the product package. Please see the manufacturer repair manual for standard installation instructions. If you do not feel confident installing this product CSF recommends taking it to a qualified installation facility.. CSF incorporated a recessed design towards the back of the manifold that allows easy access to the spin-off oil filter. This means you do not have to remove your manifold every time you want to change your oil.

The supplied hardware kit includes all of the brackets, bolts, washers, and CNC machined fittings for installation. This is an industry-exclusive feature to the CSF x VF Engineering design, and was extremely difficult to not only engineer, but to manufacture as well. An array of items come vacuum packaged with corresponding letters listed on an easy to use Bill-of-Materials List (BOM) along with exploded diagrams and a simple order of operation procedure list to follow for installation.
