Every aFe CONTROL sway bar is CAD designed and CNC bent to strict tolerances. This insures precise fit and perfect operation. Our front sway bar is 2-way adjustable and rear sway bar is 3-way. This allows the driver to dial in the front and rear roll resistance to achieve the desired handling bias. Front sway bars utilize laser cut end plates and the rear is equipped with laser cut arms. These are welded to the bar in a dedicated fixture to insure accurate hole positioning and consistent manufacturing. aFe CONTROL’s end links use PTFE lined Aurora rod ends with high articulating misalignment spacers. These are also length adjustable if you want to adjust out any static pre-load in the rear bar. aFe CONTROL includes low-deflection polyurethane bushings.
