It allows you to control how quickly the suspension compresses (moves inwards) when the vehicle encounters changing circumstances on the road or track. With this kit you can adjust low- and high speed compression adjustment separately. Low-speed compression refers to the suspension reacts to gentle and gradual compression forces. High-speed compression addresses rapid and forceful impacts. It’s important to balance the rebound with the compression adjustment.
